General Condition: Above rates are:
– Quoted & Payable in Egyptian pound.
– Per room per night, inclusive of service charge and all taxes.
– Based on Half Board Basis.
– Net non-commissionable.
– Special rates for groups, Incentives & Conferences are available, bookable via Sales & Marketing Department, Contact Details as below.

Extra Lunch or Dinner per Person net non-Commissionable:
– EGP 700 per person per meal during from 01/01/2025 till 30/06/2025 & from 01/09/2025 till 31/12/2025.
– EGP 900 per person per meal during from 01/07/2025 till 31/08/2025.

In addition:
– Travel Agent has to provide the IATA number to confirm above rates.
– Bed & Breakfast Reduction: EGP 300 per person per night (Please ensure availability of meal plan prior proceeding with your booking).
– Agent guarantees that all above rates will only be published as a part of package and never showed as nightly rate. In case of web-based rates, please contact us.
– In case of any new increase in government, local and VAT imposed by the government Porto Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to amend the rates according to and reflecting such increase.
– This offer is not a contract but only an offer subject to be changed at any time.
– The hotel has the right to adjust rates at any time without prior notice in case of facing any significant, and this offer supersedes any previous offer communicated.

Children Policy:
– Children from 0 till 5.99 years old sharing parents’ room will enjoy free accommodation & meals with a maximum of Two children’ per room.
– Child from 6 till 11.99 years old sharing parents’ room will be charged 50% of adult rate with same meal plan per room per night with a maximum of Two children per room.
– From 12.00 years will be charged as adult rate Triple room.
– When sharing parent’s rooms, booking will be always on same meal plan
– Only one extra bed –if paid- can be added in the room.
